In case you need to generate a Smartrek compatible barcode (because it has worn off on the box, for backup, or for a newly customized Spidermesh (TM) enabled device), we have included an easy barcode generator at the end of this page that you can download as a .png image or simply print it out.
To generate a backup barcode for one of your Smatrek Sensors, enter the following informations in the required barcode generator fields (at the bottom of this page):
- Serial number: found on the barcode on the Smartrek Sensor or, if already in the App database, in the Node edit page under Serial
- MAC address: found on the barcode on the Smartrek Sensor or, if already in the App database, in the Node edit page under MAC address
- Bluetooth address: found on the barcode on the Smartrek Sensor or, if already in the App database, in the Node edit page under Bluetooth
- Type ID: found on the barcode on the Smartrek Sensor or in the table below:
- Radio ID: found on the barcode on the Smartrek Sensor or in the table below:

Barcode generator
Fill in the blanks and press on Generate QR Code. Then, click on the download link under the newly generated barcode to save the image file to your computer. Note that the new barcode won’t look the same as on your Sensors. Don’t worry, the barcode still contains the same information.
